This 3089 square foot three bedroom unit layout was designed to be placed on sloping lots. The layout is therefore split into two levels while still maximizing the resplendent views. The ground floor houses a foyer, storage and a double garage while the bedrooms and all other functional spaces are located on the top floor.
The Kitchen, Dining Room and Living Room are in close proximity to capitalize on the natural synergistic functions of the rooms.
A practical foyer lies between the bedrooms thereby enhancing smooth traffic flow. This space also serves as a linen central storage area, closely linked to the laundry.
The basement level houses a double garage, a foyer and a storage area. However, due to the natural terrain of the land, more space may become available at this level. This space can be put to varied use by the owner and would be ideal for an Entertainment area, Media Room, Lobby, Gym, or Utility Room.
Windows have been strategically installed to take full advantage of the prevailing winds. There is full ventilation throughout this design.
The bedrooms are strategically located and are totally closed off from the rest of the house. This provides homeowners with an added sense of security.
This design features dual entrance/exit through the garage and external stairway.
The Master Bedroom is placed at the front of this layout to allow access to a priceless, spectacular view. It also has a dedicated bathroom with a whirlpool and a walk-in closet. Transition from the bedrooms to walk-in closet to master bedroom is smooth and unhindered. It allows easy movement that is necessary between these rooms.
